A brief profile of the Board and Management Team of the Company is as follows:


Rt. Reverend Stephen Tunde Victor Adegbite is a graduate of Religious Studies from the University of Ibadan and also has a Master’s Degree in Ethics. He was a Senior Lecturer at the Methodist Theological Institute up and until 2012. He is a member of the Lagos State Pilgrim’s Board, the Board of Governors Emmanuel College of Theology, and the Chairman of Christian Council of Nigeria, Lagos State, a position he has held since 2012.

Mayowa is an international and accomplished entrepreneur whose journey catapulted her from the beautiful coast of West Africa to the Queen’s land in England UK, and then to the United States. She is a proficient accountant and presents over 7 years of accounting and financial services experience working with small to large organisations within the hospitality industry, private sectors and government entities. Has a strong background in cost & financial analysis, financial planning & budgeting, general ledger reconciliation/analysis and account payable & receivable to support business processes while maintaining an effective return on investment.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Plymouth in South West England. She also has a Chartered Certified Qualification in Finance by the way of ACCA.

Her work experience started in England at the Guoman Hotel in the UK, where she honed her skills & experience in the finance world. She continued this path with a position as a Snr. Financial Analyst at Stericycle in Houston Texas in the USA.

Mayowa also has a deep passion for the Arts & Creative world as well as enjoys writing, cooking and baking.

A medical doctor by profession, Ajoke is on the national medical performers list Health Education England North Central and East London.

She is an enthusiastic, empathetic and sensitive doctor with keen interest in a wide variety of medical conditions, who copes well with pressure and is able to organise and plan work effectively in order to offer the best service to patients. She is a good team player as evidenced in her e-portfolio with a keen interest in general practice.

She enjoys the variety of being a general practitioner, and being able to follow patients through their life for a wide range of medical conditions, managing them, their expectations and that of their families whilst encouraging health promotion, to create a healthier community for everyone to live in.

She also enjoys working with people to fulfill their full potentials through coaching.

He is the promoter and founder of Global Asset Management (Nig.) Ltd. A Chartered Accountant by Profession, he obtained a degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He worked briefly with Coopers and Lybrand (a firm of Chartered Accountant) and qualified in 1982 as a Chartered Accountant. In 1983, he joined NAL Merchant Bank Nig. Plc.

He is an erudite and seasoned Investment Manager and a consummate Banker and financial services professional par excellence with decades of post professional qualification experience in Auditing, Taxation, Leasing, Banking, Share dealing and Financial Advisory/Business Recovery Services. At various times, he served as Head of Capital Market and Northern Area Office Manager of the Bank. He is also a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange having passed the required exams in May 1993. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS); Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and a member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.

Babatunde Sobamowo has had the privilege of serving on various boards and in various capacities. The Managing Director was once the Head of Capital Market / Investment Banking of NAL Merchant Bank Nig. Plc., (the Pioneer and Trail blazing Merchant bank in the country) and was at various times involved in the packaging of the several listings.

He is in charge of the day to day activities of the Company and is supported by the following able and dedicated members of management staff:-

She is a proficient Accountant with over 8 years of Accounting, Financial and Banking experience with small to large organizations within the hospitality and banking sectors. She comes with a wealth of experience in Cost and Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Budgeting, General Ledger Reconciliation/Analysis, Account Payables and Receivables. to support business process while maintaining an effective return on investments.

A graduate of Economics (B.Sc. Econs.) from the University of Ibadan, he holds an M.Sc. Econs degree from the University of Lagos.

He cut his teeth as a banker with the then NAL Merchant Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank Plc) and has close to two decades of banking experience.

He is a reputable stockbroker with a wealth of experience in various aspects of capital market and financial instruments. He serves as the manager in charge of Risk Assets.

He is a graduate of Accountancy and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

His work experience spans over many years of exposure to various fields of Accountancy, Auditing and Taxation.
He is the Compliance Officer for the Company.

Bimbo is an associate member of Institute of chartered accountants (ICAN) as well as as associate member of institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).

He has varied exposure in audit , tax and financial advisory.
He oversees the finance and admin unit of the company.

Yomi is an associate of Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He is in charge of operations and IT units.
He also has oversight functions as a compliance officer for the company.
